The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) is inviting applications from individual or organizational consultants to support its Africa Program in Kenya and, occasionally, the broader East Africa region. The consultancy involves providing technical assistance, research, capacity building, and participation in civic space initiatives, with the goal of strengthening legal frameworks that support civil society, freedoms of association, assembly, expression, and public participation.
