Requirements

Applicants must possess at least hbo-level thinking and working capacity, backed by a relevant diploma. Candidates need professional experience as a project leader or advisor in real estate, with a preference for backgrounds involving housing corporations. The role requires affinity with software implementation and change management, along with strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. A valid driver license type B is required, together with courage, persuasiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
