The IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, in collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is offering a limited number of full and partial scholarships under the Water and Development Partnership Programme. These scholarships aim to strengthen the capacity of water professionals and build robust networks in the regions of the Sahel, Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and the Horn of Africa.

- Partial scholarships are also available. Applicants who can secure co-funding from other sources (e.g., personal funds, employers, external grants) are encouraged to contact Ineke Melis at i.melis@un-ihe.org to discuss the possibility of applying for remaining funds.
