Overview

Médecins Sans Frontières is hiring a Humanitarian Representative to support geopolitical analysis, humanitarian engagement, and institutional coordination concerning Russia, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia. This full-time position involves 12 months of service focused on monitoring political and humanitarian developments, maintaining a network of Russian representatives outside the Russian Federation, and advising operational teams. The role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with internal departments and external diplomatic actors.
