Growing Future Leaders Internship for second year students at a U.S. or Canadian university

The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program is designed to provide Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students with a 10-week immersive experience to develop their skills and prepare them for leadership roles in consulting and the global business community. The GFL Internship Program: Offers a select group of sophomore students the chance to work in one of BCG’s U.S. or Canadian offices.
