The role serves as the operational and data management lead for a Mobile Justice Team, working alongside Ukrainian justice actors to organize complex evidence, maintain reliable records, and prepare legal dossiers.

Candidates should hold a degree in Law, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Paralegal Studies, Criminology, or a related discipline, though a secondary education diploma or formal paralegal qualification may be considered with additional relevant experience. Required qualifications include practical experience administering relational databases or e-discovery platforms, experience managing digital evidence and chain-of-custody records, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of database tools such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Relativity, or Nuix is necessary, while basic scripting skills and familiarity with Ukraine's legal and institutional context are considered advantages.
