The Head of Development at the Global Climate and Health Alliance (GCHA) is a newly established, senior leadership role responsible for building and leading the organisation’s fundraising function. Acting as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, the role holds primary responsibility for expanding GCHA’s annual income from approximately USD 1.4 million to over USD 5 million in alignment with the 2026–2030 strategic plan.
