garden3d is hiring a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead its marketing, content and communications strategy. They will measure audience growth, engagement, leads and pipeline impact, and support events and community programming.

The job also involves helping shape an experimental media company that could eventually produce books, screenplays, music and shows. Possible projects include growing the podcast, launching campaigns for new community spaces, promoting USB Club and turning the annual open-source profit-and-loss report into a media moment, or building a small content studio.

Requirements

Garden3d wants at least eight years in marketing, content or brand leadership, ideally in creative studios, agencies or founder-led organisations. It looks for strong visual, narrative and editorial judgment, web presence management, production management, short-form video experience for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, team management, hands-on paid social experience, budget and performance tracking, knowledge of the PESO model, and Figma or similar tools. A strong portfolio is expected.
