The 28th UN Conference of the Parties (COP28) is scheduled to take place in Dubai, UAE, from November 30th to December 10th, 2023. To access the UNFCCC negotiation sessions, official accreditation (receiving a “badge”) is required. YOUNGO, through the organization Children and Youth International (CYI), has been allocated a number of badges for active YOUNGO members.
