MINDS Scholarship Programme for Leadership Development The MINDS Scholarship Programme is a unique initiative designed to foster the development of a new generation of African leaders who are committed to driving cooperation and integration across the African continent. Launched in 2017, the programme seeks to empower young Africans by providing access to high-quality post-graduate education at leading institutions across Africa, outside of their home countries.
