France Excellence–DOST Scholarship: Advanced Graduate Opportunities – Apply Before 17 March 2026

The France Excellence–DOST Scholarship, co-funded by the Embassy of France and the Department of Science and Technology–Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI), supports exceptional Filipino students pursuing master’s and doctoral studies in France. Formerly known as PhilFrance-DOST, this scholarship continues the mission established in 2016 to strengthen French–Filipino academic cooperation and empower the next generation of leaders in science, research, and innovation.
