Overview

Médecins Sans Frontières is seeking a Finance and HR Manager to oversee financial administration and human resources at the project level within country programmes managed by the Operational Centre Amsterdam. This field-based humanitarian assignment requires deployment to challenging environments, including emergency response settings and high-insecurity zones. The duration of the employment lasts for six, nine, or twelve months, depending on operational needs.

Who can apply

Applicants need at least five years of relevant professional experience in finance, human resources, administration, or similar positions. A degree in finance, management, business, human resources, or administration is desirable, and previous experience working with Médecins Sans Frontières or another non-governmental organisation is considered an advantage. Candidates must possess a working proficiency in both English and French at a minimum B2 level, and knowledge of Arabic or Spanish is noted as an additional asset.
