Executive Personal Assistant Job in Texas 2026 – Hybrid Opportunity Paying $15–$30 Per Hour
Overview
J.D's Babbitt Bearings is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant in Van Alstyne, Texas, to give both personal and executive support. The role is hybrid, with most work done remotely, but applicants must live locally because occasional in-person tasks such as returns and errands are needed. It is full-time at about 32 to 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
The assistant acts as a trusted support partner who brings order to a busy schedule, spots priorities and handles routine tasks without constant supervision.
What you will do
Responsibilities include keeping the employer's inbox organized and flagging important messages, managing the calendar and coordinating meetings and appointments, booking flights and hotels to suit the employer's preferences, and handling returns, shipping and occasional local errands. The assistant also sends a short morning briefing by text message each day to keep the employer on track with priorities and commitments.
Requirements
Personal or executive assistant experience is relevant. The employer wants someone trustworthy and discreet who can prioritize competing tasks, decide independently, communicate well, anticipate needs and pay close attention to detail. Applicants should be proactive, adaptable, comfortable working remotely and able to handle personal and professional information with confidentiality.
What you get
Pay is 15 to 30 dollars per hour, with the final rate negotiable. Across the expected hours, that equals roughly 24,960 to 62,400 dollars per year before taxes, depending on the agreed rate and hours worked. Benefits listed are health, dental and vision insurance and a flexible schedule.
Who can apply
The post may suit executive, personal, administrative or virtual assistants and office administrators who enjoy variety and autonomy and prefer taking initiative to waiting for detailed instructions. Candidates should be based in or around Van Alstyne, TX 75495.
