Rather than offering only a single short-term placement, ESPN NEXT is designed as a broader talent-development pathway. Participants may enter through Production Assistant opportunities, progress into Content Associate positions, participate in seasonal opportunities or internships, and potentially pursue additional leadership-development roles such as Peer Mentor, NEXT Trainer, and the selective NEXT Accelerator.
