Overview

EIDU e.V. is recruiting for three full-time, permanent positions within its Impact team: a Learning Data Analyst, a Head of Research, and a Head of Measurement & Evaluation. These opportunities are designed for professionals who want to use evidence, technology, research, and data-driven decision-making to help ensure that every child has access to effective foundational education. The organisation works with 41 governments and expects to reach one million active students across Kenya and Nigeria in 2026.

Who can apply

The positions are open to professionals seeking careers in education, data analytics, research, monitoring and evaluation, and international development. The Learning Data Analyst has preferred locations in Kenya, Nigeria, Germany, or India, though other arrangements may be discussed. The Head of Research is a senior research leadership position requiring an advanced degree, substantial relevant experience, strong quantitative and research skills, and a record of delivering applied research projects. The Head of Measurement & Evaluation is a senior monitoring and evaluation leadership role requiring an advanced degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of equivalent professional experience, and a demonstrated record of developing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems or frameworks at scale. The designation m/f/d indicates that the positions are open to applicants regardless of gender.

What you get

Successful candidates join an international organisation working at the intersection of education, technology, evidence generation, and public-sector systems strengthening. The roles offer the opportunity to contribute to improving educational outcomes for children at scale by analysing learning data, designing and leading rigorous research, and establishing reliable systems for measuring programme performance and educational impact.
