Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a global nonprofit working on relief, development and peacebuilding through partnerships with communities worldwide, is hiring a Graphic Design and Marketing Associate. The role supports regional communications across MCC's East Coast and Great Lakes regions and is full-time and remote from anywhere in the United States. The planned start date is 21 September 2026.
The associate works with Regional Communications Directors and the MCC U.S. Communicators Network to create visual content, strengthen marketing and engage audiences with MCC's mission, helping people pray, learn, give, volunteer and advocate. Duties include creating graphic design materials for regional communications, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with internal communications, developing communication resources, producing digital content, collaborating with regional teams, promoting engagement through storytelling and building awareness of the mission. The work supports programmes such as community and economic development, poverty reduction, environmental sustainability and volunteer engagement.
Requirements
Applicants need a four-year university degree, entry-level professional experience or relevant qualifications, strong graphic design skills, marketing and communication abilities and good collaboration and organisational skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. MCC looks for detail-oriented, collaborative and creative people.
What you get
The salary is $48,818.07 to $54,242.30 per year, depending on qualifications.
