World University Service of Canada invites applications to establish a pool of DREEM Youth RDP Inclusion Advisors and Youth Experts. This remote consultancy initiative aims to bring the lived experiences and knowledge of refugee and displaced youth into development programmes across Africa. The goal is to enhance the inclusion of displaced persons in education and employment initiatives through targeted technical assistance and youth-centred approaches.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open exclusively to refugee and displaced young people between the ages of 18 and 35 who reside in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Nigeria, Kenya or Senegal. Female candidates and applicants with disabilities are particularly encouraged to submit their applications.

Applicants must be within the 18 to 35 age bracket, hold refugee or displaced status, and be physically based in one of the five eligible African countries. Candidates should possess relevant lived experience, perspectives, or knowledge regarding the barriers that displaced youth encounter when trying to access employment, skills development, and educational opportunities.
