The manager oversees Dreamando's social media strategy and daily content across platforms. Duties include developing and carrying out strategy, creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms, writing captions and copy, designing or coordinating graphics and short-form video, following trends, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with content and community teams on campaigns, sharing student success stories, tracking performance and recommending improvements, and keeping up with platform changes.
Requirements
Applicants should have experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization, excellent written English, a strong grasp of the major platforms, good organization and time management, creativity and initiative, and the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely. An interest in education, international opportunities or community building is expected. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Notion, video editing software and content scheduling platforms is helpful but not mandatory.
