Corus International: Monitoring,Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Proposal Consultant Roster 2026–2027
Overview
Corus International is inviting qualified individual consultants to apply for its global Monitoring,Evaluation and Learning Proposal Consultants roster. The opportunity seeks experienced professionals who can strengthen the monitoring,evaluation,research and learning components of competitive institutional donor proposals across various sectors and geographical contexts. Corus International addresses interconnected challenges related to poverty,climate change,healthcare,and education in fragile settings worldwide. The consultancy roster aims to improve the technical quality,feasibility,and donor responsiveness of proposals while strengthening evidence-informed programme design. The anticipated start date is December 2026,with the roster period running through September 2027.
Who can apply
Applicants must possess an advanced degree in monitoring and evaluation,research,statistics,public health,economics,international development,social sciences,or a related discipline,or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Candidates are required to have at least 10 years of relevant international development experience,including a minimum of five years providing monitoring,evaluation,research,and learning design or writing support for competitive proposals. Professional fluency in English is mandatory,while proficiency in French,Spanish,Arabic,Portuguese,or other languages serves as an advantage. Candidates must also be capable of working across time zones and undertaking international travel when agreed upon for specific assignments.
Requirements
Interested consultants must submit an up-to-date curriculum vitae along with a cover letter of no more than one page. The cover letter must outline the proposed daily rate in US dollars,the services offered to Corus International’s Business Development team,and evidence of qualifications relevant to the stated tasks and deliverables.
