Client Experience Specialist at Atticus: Remote Job | $60,000–$75,000 Salary + Bonus
Overview
Atticus is hiring a Client Experience Specialist for a full-time, fully remote role helping people who are seeking disability benefits or compensation after accidents, misconduct or violence. Specialists speak with clients by phone to understand their situations, decide whether Atticus can help and guide them to next steps. Atticus provides its service at no cost to clients, many of whom are going through hard times. The work involves assisting hundreds of people each week, handling sensitive conversations with empathy while keeping them productive, and learning internal platforms such as Salesforce. Training and support are provided, and performance is measured by impact on clients.
Who can apply
Candidates need at least three years of professional experience and a record of success in roles with frequent customer interaction, such as customer experience, sales, support or hospitality. They should care about helping people, communicate well across backgrounds, balance empathy with efficiency, write well and learn complex topics and technology quickly. Experience in a metrics-driven or high-volume, high-performing service, sales or support organisation is preferred, especially with a record of exceeding targets. No legal experience is required.
What you get
The anticipated base salary is 60,000 to 75,000 dollars, plus equity, benefits and an uncapped monthly bonus. Under the current plan, top performers earn more than 100,000 dollars in total cash compensation. Benefits include medical and dental premiums fully covered for employees and families, 15 vacation days, about 20 paid holidays, a free OneMedical membership, a 600 dollar annual internet stipend, a 1,000 dollar annual education and training stipend, up to 1,200 dollars a year in student loan repayment help, a 401(k), optional HSA or FSA, and company retreats and offsites.
