On AI, the director builds an adoption roadmap for Resource Development, finds uses such as faster audience segmentation, knowledge management and prospect research, develops responsible AI governance and builds AI literacy and data fluency in teams. The director also leads supporter services, gift processing, data integrity and financial planning and analysis, coaching staff and guiding organisational change, and partners with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Chief Operating and Finance Officer on forecasting, budgeting and decisions.
