Call for Expressions of Interest: Human Rights Centre Uganda Invites Grassroots Organisations to Strengthen Human Rights Monitoring – Apply by 21 August 2026

The Human Rights Centre Uganda (HRCU) has issued a Call for Expressions of Interest seeking suitable grassroots organisations and media actors to participate in establishing a structured human rights monitoring framework across West Nile and Karamoja. The initiative is being implemented in partnership with key state and non-state actors under the Civic Space Improvement Project, which is funded through the Programme on Accountability, Civic Engagement, and Rights (PACER).
