Call for Expression of Interest: EUISS is Implemanting the SCOPE Project – Apply By 20 September 2026

The Security Coordination and Programme Enhancement (SCOPE) project, implemented by the European Union Institute for Security Studies, was launched in 2024 to enhance the coherence, visibility, and impact of initiatives under the EU Global Threats Programme. The project focuses on addressing transregional and global security challenges through monitoring, evaluation, and improved coordination of EU actions. SCOPE targets multiple domains of security, including:
