The German Bundestag offers the International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS), a prestigious programme designed to provide young graduates from around the world with hands-on experience in parliamentary democracy. Each year, approximately 120 participants from up to 50 countries are selected to take part in this fully funded, five-month programme in Berlin.
