Bavaria 2027/28 One-Year Scholarship Opens for Master’s, PhD and Research Applicants

The Free State of Bavaria, through the BAYHOST programme at the University of Regensburg, is offering one-year scholarships for the 2027/28 academic year to eligible graduates from selected Central, Eastern and Southeastern European countries. The programme supports postgraduate study and research at state or state-funded higher education institutions across Bavaria, Germany. Successful applicants can use the scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree, PhD, or one-year research stay.
