Overview
ARIL Technologies Limited, an engineering company specialising in industrial automation, control systems and instrumentation, is running its Graduate Automation Engineer Development Programme 2026. It is a six-month technical training scheme meant to bridge academic study and professional practice, combining structured classroom instruction with real industrial projects. Trainees are assessed continuously on technical competence, problem-solving, learning capacity, professionalism, teamwork, engineering judgment and adaptability. The programme is performance-based and does not guarantee permanent employment, but strong trainees may be considered for full-time roles at the end.
What you get
Participants receive a training stipend throughout, continuous mentorship from experienced automation professionals and hands-on exposure to real projects. Modules cover industrial automation fundamentals, PLC programming, HMI and SCADA development, industrial control systems, industrial communication and networking, systems integration, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, engineering documentation, factory and site acceptance testing, and commissioning.
Who can apply
Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and hold an HND, B.Sc., B.Eng. or B.Tech in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, computer engineering, instrumentation and control or a related discipline. Graduates in mathematics, physics, computer science or other relevant science and technology fields are also encouraged. Little or no automation experience is expected. Candidates should show logical and analytical thinking, curiosity, willingness to learn, and good communication and teamwork. All degree classes, from First Class to Third Class, are eligible. The company prefers candidates living in Ogba and nearby communities.
