Architecture Tutor

Overview

Study Group offers a fixed-term, part-time Architecture Tutor position based on-site at the Leeds International Study Centre, in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. The role involves working with colleagues to deliver teaching programmes aligned with the education strategy and student experience aims. Responsibilities include academic coordination as a module coordinator, designing and delivering teaching materials, preparing examinations, grading and providing feedback, maintaining the Virtual Learning Environment, and monitoring student attendance and engagement. Additional duties encompass participating in quality assurance procedures, completing student reports, engaging in scholarly activities, and promoting health and safety.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant subject area and have experience teaching in UK higher or further education. A teaching qualification and prior experience working with international students are preferred. Candidates with a Masters qualification are viewed favorably, and those holding a PhD are particularly welcomed.
