Call For Applications: Women Of The South Speak Out Fellowship (WOSSO) For The Asia-Pacific Women of the South Speak Out (WOSSO) is a consortium formed by Gender Links (GL), Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW), and Mannion Daniels (MD). The WOSSO Fellowship is at the core of this consortium. The consortium members were brought together by shared feminist values and a deep concern regarding the narrowing civic space, particularly for young women in the Global South.
