The Universidad de los Andes through its Center for Studies on Economic Development (CEDE), in collaboration with EGAP Evidence in Governance & Politics Latin American Hub and funded by the Ford Foundation, has launched the TREES (Teaching and Researching Equitable Economics from the South) Small Grants programme. The initiative seeks to support advanced-stage research projects that deepen understanding of inequality in its multiple forms across Latin America and the Caribbean.
