The 2026 Baobab Platform Mentorship Application offers African young people an opportunity to connect with experienced role models and receive career-focused mentorship tailored to their goals, interests, aspirations, and professional development needs. Designed for young Africans between the ages of 18 and 30, the Baobab Mentorship Program uses a gender-matching approach to connect participants with suitable mentors from the private and/or public sectors.
