Overview
World Vision is offering a Graduate Digital Multi-Media & Graphic Design Intern position in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya, job reference JR51695. It is a full-time, 12-month talent incubation programme combining practical experience with on-the-job mentorship, coaching and professional development for young Christian graduates. The intern supports communication work for World Vision's Regional CPE team, National Offices and Regional Office on projects serving communities across East Africa.

What you will do
The intern helps strengthen the organization's brand identity by keeping materials visually consistent, and produces communication products such as digital media, reports, publications, flyers and posters. The role includes developing, running and reporting on social media engagement plans and calendars, monitoring engagement metrics, and creating visual concepts that express World Vision's brand and goals. The intern also works with the regional communications team on campaigns, events and special projects and takes part in internal communications.
Who can apply
The programme is for Kenyan graduates only, meaning local applicants. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, media, graphic design or marketing and should have completed their studies within the last two years. Key skills are graphic design, multimedia, video editing, social media and analytics.
