Overview

This internship opportunity at Qonto focuses on day-to-day workplace operations and project support at the Bonne Nouvelle headquarters in Paris. The role involves dividing time between routine operational duties and assisting the Head of Workplace and Internal Events with project coordination. Interns gain practical experience in headquarters management, provider coordination, and administrative organization while working alongside the hospitality and workplace teams.

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or office operations is considered an asset, though no specific academic background is required.

How to apply

The hiring process typically spans fifteen to twenty working days and consists of three stages. Applicants first complete an interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the future mentor or manager, and finally a case study debrief.
