Working Student, Recruiter (German-Speaking)

Overview

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a German-speaking Working Student in Recruiting for a fast-growing wellness and massage company that operates in five German cities and is expanding to seven. This position provides an entry point into recruiting, people operations, or sales, requiring up to 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends. The role is structured on a hybrid basis, splitting time between the Berlin office and home.

Who can apply

Applicants must be currently enrolled as students at a German university to qualify for working student status and must be based in Berlin with the right to work in Germany. Candidates need native or near-native German and fluent spoken and written English. While prior recruiting experience is not required, applicants should have some experience in a student job or part-time role such as retail, hospitality, customer service, or phone work. Additional exposure to recruiting, human resources, or systems like Personio is considered a nice to have.
