Overview

Planet Labs is offering a working student position for a Professional Services role based in Berlin, Germany. The opportunity involves working alongside Solutions Architects to support the discovery, design, piloting, and delivery of geospatial solutions. This is a part-time, hybrid position requiring presence in the Berlin office approximately two days per week.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled full-time at an accredited university in a related field such as GIS, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, or Geography. Candidates should have familiarity with GIS software like QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, or ENVI, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Additional qualifications include experience supporting customer workshops, gathering requirements, utilizing AI tools for productivity and coding, and working directly with end users. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Russian are required.
