Isar Aerospace SE invites applications for a Working Student IT Helpdesk position within the Enterprise IT and Data department. This on-site role is located at the company headquarters in Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support for office and shop floor operations, addressing hardware, software, and workplace equipment needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities include troubleshooting common technical issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting rooms, networks, and shop floor devices. Candidates will also manage the preparation, distribution, collection, and maintenance of IT hardware, maintain inventory documentation, and assist the team in improving basic processes.
