Overview

trivago is offering a working student position within the Talent and Business Relations team, based in Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. The role offers hands-on experience with daily human resources processes, including onboarding, recruiting, HR data management, and workshop coordination. Working students take on real responsibilities from day one and gain practical insight into modern human resources functions, systems, and leadership sessions.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled at a German university, with an Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required, and live near or around Düsseldorf. Candidates need outstanding written communication skills in both German and English, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, structured, and reliable approach to managing multiple responsibilities. Ideal applicants bring a learning mindset, a performance mindset, and curiosity toward artificial intelligence tools and human resources systems such as Workday or Greenhouse. Current studies in human resources or business administration at a bachelor or master level are considered a plus.
