Working Student - Content Marketing

Overview

Staffbase is seeking a talented and motivated Working Student to join the Market Narrative team. The position involves working with content that real customers and prospects read and watch, offering insight into how a B2B content operation functions. The role is based in either the Berlin or Chemnitz office, with a fixed-term contract lasting approximately one year for 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled at a university in any subject. The position requires excellent written and spoken German and English language skills, confident writing in German, and the ability to review and edit text in both languages. Candidates need video editing skills using iMovie or a similar tool, a genuine interest in marketing, content creation, or writing, and curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to figure things out. A working knowledge of French or Spanish is listed as a bonus.
