Overview

TikTok is offering a Workplace Experience Specialist Graduate Internship for 2027 in London, within its Administration department. The graduate helps shape an integrated administrative experience covering workplace services, catering and asset management, working with internal teams and external suppliers. Responsibilities include supporting high-quality workplace and administrative services, helping improve the use of budgets, assets and workplace resources, analysing service, cost and employee experience data, spotting ways to raise efficiency and service quality, supporting cross-functional projects, helping create workplace experiences that make employees' daily work easier, and reviewing existing processes for simplification. Interns can take ownership of meaningful projects and learn from experienced teams, building skills in supplier relationships, resource management, reporting and operational improvement.

Requirements
