TCK Training Internship Programme 2027: Remote Opportunity with Flexible Hours

Overview

TCK Training offers a remote internship programme designed to help emerging professionals gain practical work experience, build professional skills, and receive individual coaching. The initiative is structured for the January to June 2027 cohort, operating entirely online with flexible working hours. Participants contribute 5 to 10 hours per week while working toward their personal career and development goals.

The organisation focuses on education and resources related to Third Culture Kids and internationally mobile communities. Through this programme, interns engage in hands-on assignments tied to small organisation operations, team dynamics, communication, emotional intelligence, and TCK Care principles.

What you get

Interns receive individual one-on-one coaching with an experienced supervisor to discuss professional ambitions and set development objectives. The programme also includes group soft skills training covering communication, business skills, team collaboration, and TCK Care.

Additionally, participants gain access to live and recorded workshops hosted by the organisation. The experience is intended to strengthen CVs and help participants build confidence in a supportive, remote environment.

Key dates

The application deadline falls on 13 November 2026. Selected interns are announced on 7 December 2026. The internship period runs from 11 January 2027 until 14 June 2027.
