It is offering a Strategy and Operations Intern position with an operations focus in Berlin, Germany. The internship is full time, at 40 hours per week for six months, and is meant to prepare interns for a full-time role, with job offers extended to the best performers.

The intern plays a part in optimising operational processes and supporting revenue-driving efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product and Risk. Tasks include resolving customer issues to ensure a smooth customer experience, assisting with customer onboarding and business reviews under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager, conducting market research and analysing data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements, supporting the optimisation of operational workflows for scalable growth, and identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention and adoption. The intern builds foundational skills in analysis, communication and project coordination.
