Strategy & Operations Graduated Internship (12 months)

Overview

Celonis offers a 12-month Strategy and Operations Graduated Internship based in Madrid, Spain, within the Corporate department. The intern will report directly to the Vice President of EMEA and APAC Revenue Strategy and Operations. Responsibilities include supporting the annual EMEA planning process, defining go-to-market strategies, generating actionable commercial insights using data, driving strategic projects into execution, identifying business improvement opportunities through analytics, and managing forecasting and sales performance governance.

Who can apply

Applicants must hold a BSc, MSc, MBA degree or possess equivalent experience. Candidates are required to have prior experience in consulting, investment banking, sales operations, or the SaaS business sector. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory, while knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus. Applicants must already reside in Madrid and be able to work onsite from the Madrid office.

Requirements

Candidates need familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint or G-suite tools. A strong analytical mindset and robust communication skills are necessary. Individuals must be results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the capability to work independently. Prior experience using Salesforce is noted as an additional asset.
