Social Media Intern

Overview

Trading212 seeks a Social Media Marketing Intern to join the team in Berlin, Germany. The intern will support the growth and day-to-day management of the organization's German-language social media presence, contributing to international growth by helping build the company's presence in Germany from the ground up.

Who can apply

This position is suited to a native German speaker who has excellent communication skills and practical experience managing corporate social media accounts. Candidates must possess a strong interest in social media, content trends, creator formats, and storytelling, along with a good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats. Applicants should also be able to write posts appropriate for a regulated financial brand, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and manage deadlines, review cycles, and multiple content pieces simultaneously.

Requirements

The role involves managing and growing German-language social media accounts, driving growth through the creation of posts, captions, and short-form videos, and engaging in video content creation for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities also include analyzing social media trends and competitor activity within the fintech space, improving account performance, engagement, audience growth, and content learnings, and contributing ideas for organic growth campaigns and community engagement. Additional duties include preparing and submitting content approval tickets to coordinate Legal and Compliance review. Bonus qualifications include experience scaling an Instagram account, creating talking head content for Instagram and TikTok, and using social media scheduling, analytics, or project management tools.
