Overview

Revolut offers a 12-month Graduate Programme in Product Design aimed at giving graduates practical experience and professional development within the financial technology sector. Participants engage with real business challenges, structured training, and hands-on work across the organisation. High-performing graduates may receive promotion opportunities during or after the programme. The initiative runs with office locations in Barcelona, Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, London, and Madrid, alongside remote options in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Who can apply

Applicants must have graduated or expect to graduate in 2025, 2026, or 2027 with a predicted or achieved upper second-class honours degree or equivalent in Design or a related discipline. Candidates need strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, organizational and communication skills, and fluent English. Participants must be available to work full-time starting in early or late 2027. Additional language skills and prior experience in entrepreneurship or startups are beneficial.

What you get

Graduate Product Designers help build end-to-end customer experiences and simplify financial processes. The role follows a hybrid working arrangement that combines office attendance roughly three days per week with flexibility. International participants may receive visa assistance, travel-cost support, and one month of accommodation subject to conditions. Benefits include financial perks, flexible working arrangements, team events, and a Revolut Metal subscription. The gross monthly compensation for Krakow and Poland is PLN 13,200, while pay for other regions is discussed during interviews.

Requirements

Selected individuals collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define business problems and research user needs. Tasks include creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and complete product flows, alongside running usability tests and refining designs for accessibility. Designers work directly with engineering teams to implement solutions, evaluate performance post-launch, and drive continuous improvement. Applicants must be able to work from a Revolut office in their employment country approximately three days per week where applicable.

Key dates

Applications opened in May 2026, with recruitment taking place between July and December 2026 on a rolling basis. Successful candidates begin the programme in either March or September 2027, with preferred intakes indicated during the recruitment process.
