Product Management Intern (2027) - Belgrade

Overview

Databricks is offering a 12-week paid summer Product Management internship for its 2027 intern cohort, based in Amsterdam, Belgrade or Berlin. Interns join a team focused on understanding and solving customers' most difficult problems, and learn how to succeed as a product manager at a fast-growing enterprise technology company working where data and AI meet.

Each intern has a dedicated manager and mentor, plus a second mentor, and connects with product managers, engineers, designers, account teams, other interns and company leaders.

What you will do

The internship involves understanding the customer problem space before settling on solutions, and prototyping and testing early ideas with customers and engineers to confirm direction before a team commits to a build. Interns work with engineers and designers to ship features on the Databricks platform and own a project from design through launch and iteration on feedback, building with scale, quality and security in mind from the start.

Who can apply

The programme is for students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related engineering field who will graduate between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.

Requirements

Applicants should have used AI tools for personal productivity and development projects and have some first-hand experience with SQL and/or Python. The employer wants people who learn by doing, use analytical skills to make data-driven decisions such as analysing product usage, and can explain complex topics clearly to engineers, customers and field teams in writing and speech. Comfort with ambiguity, teamwork and ongoing curiosity about new technologies and customer domains are also valued.
