Overview

GotPhoto is offering a working student position within its People and Culture team, based in Berlin, Germany. The organization provides an end-to-end workflow and e-commerce solution designed for professional volume photographers, backed by EQT and supported by an international team of over 150 people. This role provides an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the entire employee life cycle, working within a flexible hybrid model that requires working from the Berlin-Mitte office at least twice a week.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree program studying Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related subject. Candidates need professional-level bilingual proficiency in both German and English at a C1 or native level. Additional qualifications include strong organizational talent, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, and familiarity or eagerness to learn tools such as Personio, Leapsome, Jira, and Google Workspace. Initial experience in fast-paced companies, an HR environment, or a tech scale-up is considered a plus.
