Strong proficiency with PyTorch is required, including experience in distributed training techniques and performance optimization for large models. Candidates should be interested in representation learning, such as contrastive learning, dense and sparse vector representations, representation fusion, cross-lingual representation alignment, training data optimization, and robust evaluation. A publication record in artificial intelligence or machine learning conferences or workshops, such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or SIGIR, is also expected.
