Internship
Overview
Nomos is an early-stage company based in Berlin, Germany, that builds a full-stack power company to connect millions of homes to Europe’s energy markets. The organization focuses on unlocking flexibility through solar energy to help reduce high electricity prices in Europe.
What you get
Interns take direct responsibility for building products on real projects rather than traditional intern tasks. The role involves managing engineering projects end to end, working on the company's proprietary stack alongside artificial intelligence tools, and collaborating directly with commercial teams. Past interns have built forecasting functions for seasonality and temperature, constructed data analytics pipelines, and developed liquidity risk monitoring systems. Early members help shape the company and share in its financial upside, while working with teammates such as medalists, former founders, and Olympic athletes.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to point to an achievement that required unusual discipline and sustained effort. Candidates are expected to demonstrate ownership by having taken responsibility for a project, product, or initiative through to completion, with the ability to explain decisions and results. The role is suited for individuals who seek out system complexity and want to solve difficult technical and operational problems.
How to apply
Interested candidates can apply directly through the employer.
