Intern Talent Acquisition Coordinator (x/f/m)

Overview

Doctolib is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech and Product Talent Acquisition team. This full-time internship lasts for six months and takes place in a hybrid setup requiring three office days per week, based in Berlin. The role centers on providing an exceptional candidate experience, scheduling complex technology and product interviews, and continuously improving recruitment processes within a fast-paced environment.

What you get

Interns receive a gross monthly salary of 1,900 euros for a mandatory internship, or 2,425 gross per month for a voluntary internship, increasing to 2,545 gross per month starting January 1, 2027. Requirements

Candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, agility, strong empathy, and a curious, problem-solving mindset. Applicants must be comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline daily tasks and demonstrate fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include speaking German at a B2 level or higher, prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System, HR administration or coordination, and previous background in an international, technology, or fast-paced environment.
