Intern Strategic Program Management

Overview

This internship position is offered within the Value Engineering department at Celonis. The role involves working as a Strategic Program Management Intern on the Max Success Team, supporting the execution of strategic decisions made by executive management into practical applications. The position can be based out of either the Madrid office or the Munich office.

Requirements

Applicants must be students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology and Management, Economics, or a comparable program. Candidates need the ability to act autonomously in high ambiguity situations, along with stakeholder and project management skills. Additional requirements include financial modeling abilities in Google Sheets, confidence in presenting to C-level executives and large audiences, consulting experience, a strong interest in data analytics, and a passion for technology, data, OpenAI, LLMs, and global impact. Full-time availability for at least five months starting in December or January for the 2026 or 2027 period is required.
