Graphcore offers a 12-week summer internship within the HW Circuit Design department based in Bristol, United Kingdom. Participants gain hands-on experience working on real projects that explore the electronic hardware behind AI compute platforms, focusing on areas such as Hardware Design and Signal Integrity. Interns tackle challenging problems and collaborate with a supportive team of experienced engineers, with potential opportunities to join a graduate programme after graduation depending on performance and available roles.

Who can apply

Applicants must be currently studying towards a degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical discipline. Previous industry experience and professional tool familiarity are not required. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme without requiring visa sponsorship, as work visas cannot be sponsored for Early Careers opportunities.

What you get

The internship provides a monthly salary of 2500 GBP for the duration of the 12-week programme.
